FAQ

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Open “Profile” → “Authentication” and link an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Once it is enabled, a six-digit code is required at every new sign-in and before each withdrawal.

Help Center

What if I lose access to my email or wallet?

DEXOPT has no passwords at all — you get in with your email, Google or wallet. Locked out? Reach us through the on-site chat and we will do what we can. Pick a sign-in method you are confident you will still control a year from now.

Who holds my funds?

Open Add funds in the trading room, choose a currency and network, and follow the payment instructions. Use two-factor authentication, review active sessions and verify the exact address before signing in or transferring funds. Never share a password, recovery phrase or one-time code with support.

How do I avoid fake DEXOPT sites?

Always check the domain in the address bar before connecting a wallet, bookmark the official site, and remember that support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Any request for either is a scam.
